Sunday, February 5 Link to the Spine Workshop
Dawn Summers 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Fee: $25/advance, $30/@ door

Explore a profound new origin of your practice. The postures (asana) are most transformative when they are done from the inside-out originating the stretch from the breath. All teachers cue you to breathe in asana, but there is often little detail or specifics given about how to breathe. This information is essential to maximize your effort and even shift it to become "effortless effort". It is a well-developed foundation of asana as taught in the Viniyoga tradition. Through practice and lecture/discussion, you will learn how to generate your practice using the prana (life force) through the vehicle of the breath done in particular ways to enhance the work of the asana.
